Thank you for shopping at Print Revive Recycle! We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the incorrect item(s) and your order number. We will gladly replace the item(s) with the correct ones at no additional cost to you.

Unwanted Items (Subject to Conditions): We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Returns for unwanted items may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A restocking fee of $50 may apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.

Digital Products: Digital downloads or design services are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us at printreviverecycle@gmail.com or call us at (518)323-9312 within the applicable timeframe (7 days for damaged/defective/incorrect items, 14 days for unwanted items). Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.

Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
